Bella & Paws is not responsible for delays outside of our control once a package has been handed to the carrier. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and proof of purchase is required.
