Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it. All orders are processed immediately, so please double-check all details before placing your order. For any assistance, please email us at bellapawsupport@gmail.com.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date of delivery to request a return. This is based on the date shown on your tracking information. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at bellapawsupport@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Reshipments

All reshipments are final and cannot be exchanged or returned, no exceptions.
