Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Bella & Paws ships internationally. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Orders

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Bella & Paws is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
